By booking with MadLocs, you agree to these terms.

Booking

• Give your real name, a working mobile number and email so we can confirm and remind you.
• Choose the service and loc details that match your hair. The price and time shown are based on what you choose.
• Deposits, cancellations, refunds and late arrivals follow our deposit and cancellation policy.

Your appointment

• Arrive with your hair washed and fully dry, unless you booked Wash & Dry.
• Tell us about scalp sensitivities, allergies to products, or recent treatments before we start.
• The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.

Retwist Rush

The palm-roll game on our site is just for fun. Scores aren't prizes, and sharing your score is up to you.

Reviews

Reviews come only from clients with a finished appointment. We may choose which reviews to show and never edit what a client wrote.

Liability

We take care with every service. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Minnesota law. Questions? reply to any email we've sent you.
