Prep & policy
Come ready
- Arrive with hair washed and fully dry, or add Wash & Dry when you book.
- Skip heavy butters and gels for two days before.
- Bring your style inspo saved on your phone.
Deposit & timing
- $25 deposit holds your chair and comes off your total.
- 15-minute grace period. After that we may shorten the style or reschedule.
- Remaining balance is paid at the appointment.
Changes
- Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours ahead to keep your deposit.
- Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
- Most clients rebook every 4 to 6 weeks to keep roots neat.
